Nueva Andalucia
Nueva Andalucia is the area situated between West Marbella on the East, San Pedro on the West, Puerto Banus on the South, and the highway AP-7 up North in the mountains.
The half side close to the sea and to Puerto Banus is packed with trendy bars and restaurants and is now one of the most sought after areas on the Costa del Sol and the fastest rising. Restaurant lounges like Breath or La Sala attract the jet-set in Summer and you can see lines of expensive dream cars queuing for valet parking. Shopping centers have developed as well like Centro Plaza.
The Northern half side is far more residential, with an abundance of newly built ultra modern villas and chic apartments buildings, mixed with older and more traditional andalusian style constructions.
The terrain is made of beautiful hills providing beautiful panoramic views.
This is a place for Golf lovers; it is called the Golf Valley, with its 3 main golf courses, Aloha Golf Club, Las Brisas Real Club, and Los Naranjos Golf Club.
